My journey in influencer marketing and social media began at Curology, where I grew and scaled the influencer program from scratch to a team of 12, with 80% of all acquisitions influenced by some form of influencer marketing. Currently, I'm the head of influencer marketing and social at Notion (2021–Present). Here, I've built the influencer marketing functions from the ground up, took over the social function in the first half of this year, and have led the team through multiple product launches and our key marquee event, "Make with Notion."
My approach to influencer marketing is both data-oriented and based on gut feeling and relationship building. I focus on building authentic relationships with influencers to achieve long-term success. I have a proven track record of executing successful influencer marketing campaigns that have helped companies achieve significant growth and bolster their brand credibility.

Leading the Influencer Marketing and Social teams at Notion, managing partnerships across all social platforms and generating tens of millions of views monthly. Grew the influencer program from 20 to 200+ monthly partnerships in one year, resulting in a 60% increase in web sessions from trackable influencer links and 40% of daily sign-ups being attributed to influencers, social media, and YouTube in our how’d you hear about us survey.
Implemented new strategies and social vision to scale social media operations, resulting in 186,000 new followers, 30% increase in engagements, 13% increase in published posts, and 104% boost in post clicks since April of this year.
